Ready, set, go - your career is waiting!Responsibilities:Enroll clients for health insurance policies with your energetic can-do attitude.Show off your self-motivation and friendly disposition to drive sales. In this role, a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic outweigh experience!Jump on the opportunity to take advantage of fresh, daily leads. Every day is a new chance to grow!Requirements:Reliable transportation - be there when it counts!Clear speaking voice to communicate effectively and persuasively.Self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly personality.Eagerness to learn, grow, and go beyond the ordinary.Ability to follow instructions and retain information - this isn't just a job. It's a career move!Not currently enrolled in school, ready to focus on making a name in the health insurance industry.Don't forget to include an updated resume with your application!Compensation & Benefits:The first 2 weeks of sales training comes with a $500 draw against commission.After the first 2 weeks, we expect all agents to be capable of closing at least 10 deals, earning $1000+ per week.Our top earners bring in $2000+ per week.
