Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities:

Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently

--- Use a consultative and inquisitive approach to qualify leads accurately and set appointments
--- Follow up and follow through on leads daily through phone, email, and text correspondence
--- Own and maintain lead campaign stages while remaining organized
--- Execute responses quickly on real-time opportunities
--- Outbound cold calling with effective communication
--- Nurture client relationships until agent transition
--- Retire and exceed metric goals
--- Take ownership of and strategically employ our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and databases

Qualifications:

+1 year of real estate sales experience
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license

--- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people daily
--- Stellar customer service skills with a desire to exceed client expectations
--- Possesses an outgoing, engaging, and friendly demeanor
--- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
--- Results-oriented and motivated to deliver performance goals
--- Skilled with Google G-Suite Applications and marketing lead technologies
--- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
--- A minimum of one year of inside sales experience is preferred
