As a member of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming at our center including:

• Cultivating a positive work culture
• Managing daily schedules including client cancellations and staff absence
• Coordinating client pick-up and drop-off
• Assisting with challenging behaviors
• Overseeing lunch and bathroom breaks
• Conducting bi-weekly center staff trainings
• Collaborating with other Center BCBAs with lesson plans and material creation
• Supervising direct 1:1 treatment service,
• Developing individualized goals/objectives

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
    • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB.
    • BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.Who are we?Butterfly Effects is an autism-specific ABA-based provider group with home and center-based services in the New Orleans area and across the country.
