Required Skills and Experience: 4-5 years as a Business Analyst Experience gathering requirements and interacting the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs Background or general experience within IT support: Active Directory, Troubleshooting Exposure and/or work experience on Support BA projects (troubleshooting applications) Excellent communication, and collaboration skills Working in a Scrum/Agile Methodology Daily Responsibilities: One of our clients in Deerfield Beach is looking for their next Business Analyst to join their growing team. This person will need to have experience working in an IT Analyst role in the past, where they would have been troubleshooting, and using Active Directory daily. This is someone with 3-5 years experience as a pure Business Analyst and who is technically savvy. This person should be collaborative, detail oriented, and a team player. Position Responsibilities: Follow clients support processes and procedures to ensure end-users get the best customer service. Respond to clients end-users phone calls, support tickets and chat to capture incidents in detail, troubleshoot, expedite resolution according to business impact and escalate as necessary. Strengthen relationship with clients Services team to collaborate on issue resolution Monitor processes assigned, report and escalate as necessary (alerts, jobs, reports, interfaces, etc.) Document incident resolution and create technical and functional knowledge articles. Participate in testing, training and roll out of enhancements and new functionality to be deployed to Dealers. Identify business impact of system issues, facilitate resolution and escalate to DS Management as needed. Learn and train on clients applications to develop full understanding on functionality and troubleshooting. Perform on-call responsibilities including out of regular working hours, holidays, and weekends Identify opportunity areas for system and processes to address recurring incidents and/or requests.
