Overview
The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. The program is a 10-week paid internship. Students must be available to intern from June 5 - August 11, 2023. Students in the program will actively contribute to their team's success, learn about JM Family's company and culture and obtain new skills through learning opportunities and networking events. The individual selected for this internship will be responsible for supporting their department in a variety of functions and will have exposure to activities related to the department's initiatives. The intern will also gain access to professional development opportunities through the internship program. Some of these opportunities include business presentation skills classes, lunch and learns and career readiness workshops. - -

Job Description
This internship provides the opportunity to engage with a broad range of IT departments and dozens of corporate business departments. This internship position combines analytical and soft skills to be the technical liaison between our business and IT organizations. The intern analyst provides business customers with a high quality and consistent level of professional service; maintaining and enhancing the technology needs that run their day-to-day operations. The intern analyst will work to create and maintain positive customer relationships that bolster open communication, reliability, and trust. Additionally, the intern analyst's assignments are varied, requiring initiative and a judgment. -
