Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Case and Care
Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staffing, employee development, and performance evaluations
for Case Care Coordinators and related staff
Oversee daily operations to ensure team objectives are met and
manage workflow fluctuations
Establish effective relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
4+ years of related work experience, including 2 years in a
leadership role
Experience with hiring, performance management, and workload
delegation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling
