Job Description Develop long-term relationships with valued clients and their customers. Job description We are looking for a Client Relations specialist to create and support our relationships with clients.. This person should be able multi task and resolve any issues that arise from day to day all while ensuring the client is service and brand is protected. Applicant requirements: Have excellent communication skills. Have at least 2 years in a Client relationship position. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus Understanding of logistics a plus. Work with various software programs and multi task in a high energy environment Understand and be able to formulate reports using Excel is a must. Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving aptitude Ability to work well with a team Responsibilities: - Build relationships with key clients and their customers - Create plans to address clients business needs - Point of contact for complaints and escalate issues with the ability to solve the clients issues - Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms - Collaborate with internal teams (staff and senior management) to address customers needs. Specific Duties: - Answer telephones, take messages and transfer to appropriate staff member - Meet and greet clients, potential Clients and Visitors virtually and in person - Ability to listen and evaluate Client Needs to suggest or structure Services accordingly - Maintain & update hard copy and electronic filing system - Set up, maintain & manage calendar for meetings with clients.
