• Dedicated to providing resources and encouragement for employee growthPosition Summary:Provide coordination and quality inspection for Window installation projects from start to finish. - The Installation Field Inspector must maintain the highest degree of quality control and attention to aesthetic and construction details, per the "punch out" specifications. - Experience in replacement window installation -and general construction is necessary.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor current job-sites to ensure installation is on schedule and that the workmanship meets plan specifications and standards of quality
  • Must be detailed oriented with experience working with the installation of high quality replacement windows
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners, installation crew, and Installation Manager.
  • Responsible for meeting homeowner needs by ensuring all installation work is complete to company standards.
  • Must be able to complete minor "touch up" repairs and cosmetic work
  • Identifies and reports major issues to Installation Manager immediatelyMinimum Skills and Competencies:
    • 2+ years of successful experience in replacement window installation and/or project inspection management
    • Prior experience leading teams of installation technicians
    • Experience with construction management software.
    • Understanding of OSHA and safety guidelines. -
    • Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
    • Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
    • Excellent verbal and writing skills
    • Excellent presence and communication skills in presentation situations
    • Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with customers
    • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
    • Active and valid driver's license
    • Ability to work two weekends per month
    • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
    • Ability to travel to various field offices in various statesPhysical Requirements:Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
