We are a growing, dynamic organization that has a need for individuals who are driven to contribute their professional best.Summary:Responsible for administrating supply support for contracted accounts in a professional, timely and accurate manner, and provide work direction to less senior supply staff.Responsibilities:Process incoming supply requests via telephone, fax, mail or email from contracted accounts in an effective and timely manner.Maintain customer relationships and generate positive Toshiba experience.Provide work direction to less senior supply staff. Mitigate/reconcile escalated calls, complaints and questions from customers as necessary.Assist team members in day-to-day inquiries and process improvements.Perform documentation, updates and corrections as required. This includes but is not limited to tracking or transit updates on previously placed orders. Manage supply order requests versus actual machine usage.May collect meters from customer contacts on machines that are not reported in accordance with the established contract.Generate reports as required and update database accordingly.
