MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Functions

Develop and implement Audit framework: Oversee the strategy and execution of the audit process. Remain well versed in relevant and current Business Industry Operations Regulations and Best Practices. Provide guidance to business policies and procedures structure and implementation. Utilizing best practices and HairClub Policy, ensure comprehensive operational audit plans and framework for Enterprise wide Operations: Corporate centers (including Corporate office), Supply Chain Operations inclusive of procurement, new and existing product/brand, construction, facilities, warehousing, and manufacturing compliance for both internal and 3PLs, and Best Operational Standard practices. Ensure clear communications, annual planning in both scope, location, and budgetary requirements.

Oversee and review execution, reports and KPI’s of Audits – Manage and provide analysis of Enterprise wide audit results, ensuring stakeholders of all levels are well informed of pertinent, meaningful findings, remediation's, escalation, and service levels utilizing clear established and standard Compliance reporting, dashboards and KPI’s.

Recommend Process Improvement : Identify opportunities and recommend business processes improvement Enterprise wide, based on audit outcomes and regular monitoring of industry requirements, regulations, and best practices. Create training and rollout as applicable

Develop and Evaluate Strategic Initiatives: Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function as well as work with Executive team to evaluate possible strategic initiatives and present items for consideration which might impact scope, timelines, and budget.

Performs other duties as required

MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:

• Collaborate Enterprise wide with Key stakeholders to develop and execute audits, risk assessments, as well as incorporate continuous improvement recommendations for policy updates and to ensure Risk Mitigation and Best Practice implementation.

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

• Consistent timely execution of position's standard checklists, key responsibilities as outlined above and related deliverables
• Ensure up to date policy, procedures, checklists, backup training for position/deliverables
• Successful completion of annual SMART goals set together with Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Undergraduate Degree; preferred focus in areas of Business Administration, Law, Operations, Engineering and/or Accounting
• Minimum ten years corporate experience internal audit and compliance, international and domestic, retail experience, team leadership and talent development experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office environment.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

• Travel up to 5 days per month required
