Job Description:

A client located in Deerfield Beach is seeking a Director of Contact Center. The Director of Contact Center will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Call Center operations including direct sales, groups, customer service, and quality assurance. Includes management and leadership of processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement of customer experience within the call center.


Experience specifically within the cruise industry

Salesforce experience
5+ years of experience working in a contact center with 3+ years in a management role

Strong knowledge of call center technologies, CRM systems, revenue, and call volume management

Proven experience in managing metrics within a call center environment

Strong leadership, negotiation, reporting, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, specifically excel
