Job Description We are a leading manufacturer and distributor in the Catholic and Inspirational Gift industry seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us in our overall marketing efforts, who also has sales admin skills. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of our marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion across social media and traditional marketing channels. In addition, you will have sales administration responsibilities to include collecting and entering sales and customer data as well as maintaining accurate records of customer and sales information for the company. Our ideal candidate has a marketing background, with experience in supporting sales and marketing campaigns, familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft and online tools with an eye for detail and familiarity with data management and intelligence. Our ideal candidate will be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics and have experience in producing online and printed material with external partners and agencies. Ultimately, a successful individual in this role will deliver effective marketing programs and sales campaigns that will help our reputation and growth, while on sales side, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and reliable information in our systems regarding sales and company performance. In order to succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated, energetic, and driven with a "go-getter" personality, and a focus on customer service! Responsibilities: Along with our marketing partner and outside agency, conduct market research and develop copy and content that is targeted to our consumers requirements, habits and trends; Creating/updating/proofing catalogs and bi-annual catalog supplements for our customer base; Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing and sales campaigns; Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, catalog and brochure development, events planning etc.); Liaise with external vendors, sales and product teams and company leadership to execute promotional events and campaigns; Collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts; Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (SEO / SEM, social media, e-mail, brochures, catalogs, etc.); Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies; Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned; Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits; Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry; Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output; Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents; Apply data program techniques and procedures; Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations; Scan documents and print files, when needed; Keep information confidential; Respond to queries for information and access relevant files; Comply with data integrity and security policies; Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions; You must be detail oriented and good at proofreading to ensure accurate data is entered, errors are caught before going to print, and items are always correct; Must be flexible and willing to change focus and direction as needed, as priorities sometimes shift, and you need to be able to change direction as business needs change. Work Environment:

This position works in an office setting with some interactions in a warehouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Current days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 9:00AMto 5:00 PM - Friday off (this is temporary due to COVID hours; we will resume Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMsoon.) Qualifications: Associates Degree is required; Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred; Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in Marketing Specialist/Administration and data entry tasks combined with a similar amount of experience in data entry; Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods; Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools; Solid computer skills, including email, MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.); Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools desired. SAP and SAGE knowledge is a plus; Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind; Knowledge of market research; Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment; Typing speed and accuracy; Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities with a keen attention to detail; Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills including extensive knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation; Hard working and on-time; Well organized; Cooperative and easily able to get along with others; Deadline and detail-oriented to ensure inventory remains at proper levels, logistics companies are processing and delivering orders and time, and orders get shipped to the proper customers on time and accurately; Please email resumes to careers@lumenmundi.com for consideration.
