Storm Tight Windows is South Florida's premier High Impact Window and Door company. We are looking for experienced Subcontractors to install our HURRICANE IMPACT WINDOWS to join our growing team. Perfect for those who want stable and consistent work with an amazing, ever-expanding company.

Responsibilities

•  Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
•  General Carpentry skills/General Stucco skills
•  Basic trim work and attention to detail
•  Prep exterior for stucco cut and potential repairs
•  Establish good rapport with customers during the installation process
•  High level of cleanliness and coverage
•  Ability to read and comprehend N.O.A. paperwork and plans

Qualifications

•  Liability Insurance naming Storm Tight as additional insured
•  Workers Compensation insurance or exemption of entire crew
•  Minimum 3 years experience installing impact windows and doors
•  Previous experience in construction and/or other related fields
•  Strong leadership qualities
•  Deadline and detail-oriented
•  General Carpentry skills
•  Proper knowledge and use of construction power tools

 Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
