Job Description Job Description Overview: The Production Worker is responsible for receiving parts from machinery and performing assembly duties on finished products within a manufacturing environment. This role requires rotating through multiple assembly functions in the blow molding process while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Multiple Shifts Available Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive parts from production machinery and complete assembly tasks Rotate through all general assembly functions within the blow molding process Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards Perform basic testing and packaging of spouts and other components Skills and Experience: Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness Ability to read and communicate verbally Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting High School Diploma or GED required 6–12 months of manufacturing experience Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–12 hours) on concrete surfaces Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motion Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits: Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
