Job Description Job Description A boutique real estate law firm in Florida is seeking a real estate attorney with mortgage foreclosure litigation experience to join their expanding team. The firm represents lenders and servicers in real estate litigation cases, creditor bankruptcy matters, evictions and REO closings throughout the state of Florida. Candidates must possess a Florida Bar License and have a minimum of 3-5 years of contested mortgage foreclosure litigation experience. The real estate foreclosure attorney will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials. This position will work out of the firm’s Boca Raton, FL office, however, it is a hybrid role allowing you to work remotely part of the week. Qualifications: Must have a valid Florida Bar license in good standing Must be an experience real estate attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of contested mortgage foreclosure litigation experience Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
