high value cases. They are responsible for all aspects of a case in
state and federal court. This includes pre-trial prep, court
appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and
trial.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients and file
lawsuitsPropound and respond to written discoverySchedule and
attend fact witness depositionsRetain all appropriate experts and
attend all expert depositionsSchedule and attend all
hearingsPrepare for and attend mediationsPrepare cases for trial
and try cases to verdictPrepare and file appropriate post-trial
motionsAttend file audits, litigation attorney meetings, and trial
clinicsQualifications and SkillsA license in good standing to
practice law in FloridaExperience as a PI LitigatorA proven track
record of winning, including jury trials with a minimum of 2 jury
trials as first chairThe ability to handle a large and active
