This is a full-time, in-office position offering a collaborative work environment with opportunities for career growth and development. Position: Personal Injury Litigation Associate Location: 1630 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (expectation to work 50+ hours per week) Compensation: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, with unlimited earning potential through a base salary and an uncapped bonus structure based on personal client development. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Conduct legal research and writing, and assist as second chair at trials. Negotiate with insurance adjusters and represent clients effectively. Manage a large caseload and work efficiently under high-stress situations. Collaborate with a supportive team and provide exceptional client service. Comply with all Court deadlines and procedures. Required Qualifications: Juris Doctorate and in good standing with the Florida Bar. 1-3 years of litigation experience (personal injury experience preferred). Strong organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities. Experience practicing in Federal Court is a plus, but not required. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required. Proven track record of successful negotiations with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel. Excellent academic achievements and stable employment history.
