Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and motivated Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience to join our team of dedicated and compassionate legal professionals. You will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.

Bonus paid upon satisfactory 90-day review.

Responsibilities:
--- Administrative case management and litigation support in addition to coordinating all aspects of document production, organizing, and indexing documents, preparing witness files and exhibits, and assistance during depositions and trials
--- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to facilitate a seamless flow of information among the litigation team
--- Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars, schedule depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, meetings, hearings, calendar court deadlines, and others as requested
--- Proactively assist attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process from case inception through trial
--- Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery, including first-draft responses to discovery as directed
--- Assist with the preparation of motions, briefs, memoranda, and exhibits including proofreading, cite-checking, and preparing tables of contents, and tables of authorities
--- Manage and organize voluminous documents
--- E-file legal documents in Florida's E-Portal System

Qualifications:
--- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience is required
--- Provide outstanding and empathetic service to clients
--- Independent thinker, curious and a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
--- Proactive and independent follow-up on outstanding matters
--- Ability to prioritize Team-oriented tasks
--- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
--- Excellent oral, written, and verbal interpersonal communication skills
--- Ability to draft and prepare legal documents
--- Proficient with computers, software, and programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Adobe, Dropbox, practice management software, etc.
