Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and motivated Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience for our litigation team. You will be responsible for the proactive coordination of all details for the duration of the case and must be able to assist our attorneys and support staff during all phases of the litigation process.

Bonus paid upon satisfactory 90-day review.

Responsibilities:
--- Administrative case management and litigation support in addition to coordinating all aspects of document production, organizing, and indexing documents, preparing witness files and exhibits, and assistance during depositions and trials
--- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to facilitate a seamless flow of information among the litigation team
--- Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars, schedule depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, meetings, hearings, calendar court deadlines, and others as requested
--- Proactively assist attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process from case inception through trial
--- Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery, including first-draft responses to discovery as directed
--- Assist with the preparation of motions, briefs, memoranda, and exhibits including proofreading, cite-checking, and preparing tables of contents, and tables of authorities
--- Manage and organize voluminous documents
--- E-file legal documents in Florida's E-Portal System

Qualifications:
--- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience is required
--- Provide outstanding and empathetic service to clients
--- Proactive and independent follow-up on outstanding matters
--- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
--- Possesses excellent organizational skills and is able to multitask and prioritize workload Team-oriented tasks
--- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
