A thriving Estate Planning Firm in Boca Raton is looking for a Probate Paralegal or Legal Assistant who can take charge of Estate Administration activities, such as Probate and Trust Administration. We are in search of a professional with at least two years of experience in the Estate and Trust Administration field. The chosen individual must demonstrate punctuality and dependability. They should have the ability to communicate effectively, stay organized and manage multiple tasks. A positive, professional attitude and the capability to work in a team environment are essential. Responsibilities:
--- Administer Estate & Trusts from start to finish
--- E-file legal documents
--- Prepared probate documents
--- Record documents in the public records
--- High attention to detail
--- Extensive contact with financial institutions including valuing and transferring assets
--- Extensive client contact
--- Witnessing

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years working for a law firm as a probate legal assistant or paralegal
--- Team player that would thrive in a small law firm environment
--- Positive attitude and willingness to work with others
