Job Description JM Family is looking for a Sr. Manager, ITS People Strategy who will be responsible for partnering with JM Family's Information Technology Services (ITS) Organization to drive people strategy initiatives. The person selected for this role will partner with ITS business leaders, HR Relationship Managers (HRRMs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to determine people implications of business strategy and develop/execute a holistic people strategy, with a focus on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent planning and development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness. With -strong business/HR-Organization Effectiveness (OE) acumen, the role will contribute to ITS performance outcomes, elevate overall digital and leadership capability, and elevate the overall associate experience. The Sr. Manager's day will span many activities including assessing, diagnosing, and recommending tools and resources that align with business opportunities and challenges, partnering with COEs to leverage data and influence data driven opportunities, and serving as a trusted and active team member on the People Strategy team, providing expertise and guidance to help build and grow the People Strategy consulting practice. Additional Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and proactively create linkage (e.g., cross-functional) opportunities with leaders and business units
  • Connect emerging research and thinking to people challenges and leadership opportunities
  • Provide leadership coaching to critical ("blue box") leaders in the business and actively drive leader development, partnering with HRRM and COE
  • Drive / influence BU people strategy initiatives with business leaders, managing and influencing portfolio work and prioritization
  • Support senior leaders as they onboard to new roles, partnering to focus on individual and team performance
  • Influence and execute on projects that align people with business strategies
  • Serve as support for strategic partnership, assembling teams from COEs to accomplish objectives, orchestrating resources to achieve desired results
  • Lead/partner on implementation of talent management & workforce planning strategies in partnership with COEs - #LI-DR1 - Job Requirements This role will require a proven track record of experience in:
