They will partner with leaders across the enterprise to measure and advance the maturity of Agile principles and practices in a fit for purpose approach within the context of software application development projects. They will work at all levels of an organization to evangelize and steward progressive use of Agile as a strategic asset for business value generation which often includes imparting culture change.+ Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.+ Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.+ Identify and direct strategic process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for assigned area(s) of responsibility.+ Direct/execute approved strategy decisions and contributes to strategy creation for assigned area(s) of responsibility.+ Offer strategic direction to build and enhance the capability for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.+ Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of a scaled Agile framework to promote alignment, collaboration, and delivery across Agile teams.+ Provide coaching and stewardship to mature software development teams to engineering centric delivery model.+ Develop coaching practice by creating/updating strategy and execution plan inclusive of measurement assessments.+ Establish, evaluate and report relevant delivery coaching metrics to continually drive and measure coaching quality.+ Coach and provide subject matter expertise to team members and internal/external stakeholders on Agile capabilities.+ Facilitate classroom/workshop training sessions on delivery frameworks, competencies, and methodologies with attendees ranging from newly formed teams to senior executive stakeholders.+ Build and maintain relationships with senior business partners to better understand how Agile delivery practices can best support current and future business needs.+ Provide strategic direction and leadership to team members and contractors.+ Develop and direct the departmental budget for their area(s) of responsibility.**What we're looking for:**_Must Haves:?_+ 5+ Years of software development experience including 3+ years of Agile coaching experience enabling teams to efficiently deliver software+ 3+ Years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience including influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience in an Agile or DevOps environment+ 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience?+ SAFe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire**Whats it like to work here?**At Lincoln Financial Group, we love what we do.
