Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, 33328! Job Title: Case Manager Profession: RN Specialty:

AM to 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License in
the state of practice Certifications: BLS preferred Must-Have:
Prior experience in case management. Prior experience with Meditech
and Midas programs. Description: Unit Information: Case Management
Department. Number of Staff: 3. Shift Information: 8-hour day shift
from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Patient Ratios:
Estimated 1:25. Type of Equipment: Various medical and
administrative equipment. Documentation System: Midas. Call
Requirements: As needed. This position will require excellent
