Description: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume
responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct
clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role
involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
The nurse is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer
to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The
role includes ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate
