Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Delray Beach, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,292 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 0700 - 1930 Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS (if required) Must-Have: Experience in a Neuro ICU setting Description: The ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse will be accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. This position involves competency assessment of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care. The nurse must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with the healthcare team and providing optimal patient care.
