We are a growing health insurance agency seeking highly motivated and skilled Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. We are a small, tight-knit team operating in a beautiful 3,000 sq ft office space located in Deerfield Beach. Our agents are fully trained to ensure success, and our management team is always available and supportive.*Requirements:** *Must possess a valid health insurance license (215 or 240)**.** Proficient computer skills.* *This is a** full-time in-office position*, with the possibility of remote work once you have demonstrated a thorough understanding of our processes.* *Must be licensed in most **(**or **preferably **all**) of** the following states: DE, FL, GA, LA, MI, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX**.**Responsibilities:** Close sales efficiently and at a low cost.* Learn quickly and adapt to our systems and processes.* Be punctual and diligent with computer tasks.*Benefits:** Inbound marketing only, no cold calling.* Opportunity to earn a substantial income.* Continuous supply of hot leads, including laydowns.*Compensation:** Commission-only with a sliding scale.* Average agents earn $1,500 - $2,500 weekly.* *Top agents earn $3,000 - $6,000 weekly**.** Request a detailed compensation breakdown will be offered at time of interview.If interested, please apply via Indeed with an attached resume, including relevant work experience.
