Job Description:

Onsite Role in Deerfield Beach, FL
The Director, Culture & Employer Brand is responsible for developing and managing the strategy to attract and retain top talent to The Learning Experience. You will focus on spreading the "Happy Happens Here" sentiment across all TLE (The Learning Experience) Centers and developing content to highlight why TLE is a great place to work.

  • Embracing the science, analytics, and data behind digital marketing campaigns
  • Evaluating results and identifying drivers to build awareness, interest, and conversion
  • Broadly communicating your findings and actions with external clients (franchisees) and internal stakeholders


    • Creating tools and resources to infuse a Happy Happens Here attitude across all TLE centers
    • Developing core messages, passive conversions, talent pooling, events, networking, and multi-channel campaigns to recruit talented and passionate educators for our early childhood education centers
    • Creating, developing, and delivering bold B2C brand campaigns which strengthen The Learning Experience brand and support the vision to be seen as a dynamic and innovative employer
    • Empowering the recruitment team to utilize innovative technology, be bold and push boundaries to achieve better results, drive efficiencies and KPIs
    • Managing, evaluating, and optimizing paid digital media and SEO user acquisition initiatives to deliver leads and drive conversion by working with marketing and agency teams.
    • Applying multi-channel consumer techniques to drive innovation and amplify our brand, delivering increases in candidate engagement and traffic to our Careers Website.
    • Continually developing audience insights and applying these to our marketing approach, campaigns, and content. Sharing insights across wider talent functions to inform future talent initiatives.
    • Co-developing a Talent Acquisition marketing calendar in collaboration with the People Team. Continually monitoring its progress and adjusting accordingly to market needs and seasonality in hiring.
    • Writing content for websites, ads, social media posts, and all other Employer Brand marketing communications. Generating and pushing out content to various social media channels. Work with multi-media specialists to produce short videos and photos to be shared on various social media platforms.
    • Developing a video and photo library to be used in Employer Branding marketing materials, social media posts, ads, and other communications
    • Analyzing KPI metrics per initiative and campaign and presenting findings and recommendations to People Team and Marketing peers for future action.
    • Working with the Creative design team to create and produce compelling and effective ads
    • Partnering with our media buying agency to support and execute the talent acquisition strategy
    • Identifying potential social influencers within the organization and working with them to develop content for a variety of social media channels

      Desired Experience

      • 7+ years of experience working in People, Culture, Employee Rewards, Employer Brand Recruitment Marketing
      • Experience driving and measuring results through the creation of campaigns that attract, convince, and convert candidates as they move through the funnel
      • Persuasive communication skills, and data storytelling with the capability to translate data-driven insights into meaningful and measurable recommendations
