Real Estate Team Operations Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate in this position will be required to complete the following tasks as part of this role:



--- Assist to create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and all office administration
--- Activate and manage listings acting as listing concierge to assist the listing agent with client care and customer service throughout the listing process
--- Manage and execute weekly Open Houses and Showing Feedback reporting system
--- Manage and execute Client and Community events for the team
--- Assist in the production and creation of various marketing materials for the J Alexander Group brand
--- Coordinate video production shoots for team listings as well as overall brand marketing
--- Manage Social Media pages creating content, and contests, and designing graphics for various postings
--- Manage mailings for various marketing campaigns through third-party vendors
--- Fielding and responding to inquiries from clients, cooperating agents, and call-in seller/buyer leads
--- Assist Sales Team with property searches, showings and fieldwork

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly + Bonus Structure Based on Monthly Team Production and Yearly Sales Volume

Responsibilities:
--- Listing management
--- Frequent client communication and relationship building
--- Marketing (design, creation, and placement of marketing materials print and online)
--- Event planning (create and execute fun client and community events 5 - 6 times a year)
--- Manage, plan and execute team social and marketing calendar
--- Administrative support for the Real Estate Sales Team
--- Organize team meetings and events to maintain a thriving culture within our organization
--- Assist Team Leader and Director of Operations on various projects, business development, and team building
--- Assist Sales Team with property searches, showings, and fieldwork

Qualifications:
--- Excellent communication and writing skills
--- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a role involving customer communication
--- Ability to use and navigate social media platforms at a high level (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)
--- Knowledge of macOS, OfficeSuite, Google Drive, CRM, and Gmail
--- Adobe Photoshop & Canva experience preferred
--- A valid Real Estate License or past real estate experience and/or licensure is required.
--- Bilingual preferred but not required
--- General knowledge in navigating MLS, Supra eKey, Dotloop or DocuSign, is preferred not required
