Description SUMMARY The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences is
seeking adjunct faculty to teach classes in its first-year English
Composition sequence and its interdisciplinary Humanities program.
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate level classes and
occasionally meeting with the department faculty or administration.
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences fosters intellectual
curiosity, open inquiry, critical thinking, the pursuit of
knowledge, responsible civic engagement, and a deep understanding
of the relationship of the Christian faith and reason. Palm Beach
Atlantic University is a comprehensive Christian university whose
mission is to equip students to grow in wisdom, lead with
conviction, and serve God boldly, emphasizing moral, spiritual, and
intellectual development. STATUS: Applications reviewed on a
rolling basis until positions are filled. Qualifications EDUCATION:
Master’s degree, Ph.D., or Juris Doctorate required, with at least
18 graduate level credits in a relevant discipline. QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated expertise in the discipline. Collegiate-level teaching
experience, preferred. Commitment to teaching excellence and
service to the college, university, and community. Must have a
Christian commitment along with the ability to intentionally
integrate Christian faith in coursework. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
