Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
to support K-12 students across multiple schools in the Fort
Pierce, FL area for the upcoming school year. Contract assignments
begin January 5, 2026, and continue through June 2, 2026, with
full-time and part-time roles available. These positions serve
various campuses, including middle schools and K-8 facilities,
offering a chance to work with a diverse student population. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12
students, including those in InD and DHH programs Conduct
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate
with teachers, school staff, and families to support student
progress Manage caseloads effectively, including solo coverage days
and shared site responsibilities Complete required documentation
and reporting in compliance with school policies Desired
Qualifications and Experience: Active Florida SLP licensure in good
standing Completion of CCC-SLP certification preferred, especially
for evaluation team involvement Experience working with school-age
populations, including special education and hearing-impaired
students Ability to work independently and as part of a team across
multiple school environments Strong communication and
organizational skills Assignment Locations Include: Dan McCarty
Middle School and Forest Grove Middle School in Fort Pierce Oak
Hammock K-8 in Port St. Lucie (DHH cluster site) Private school
evaluation team work based at the district office in Port St. Lucie
