The candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining marketing communication processes with potential prospects that drive calls to action. The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. A successful candidate will be motivated, organized, create and welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business opportunities.Reporting Relationship The Sales Communications Coordinator will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will be based at the Company's office in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Sales Communications Coordinator will be a key member of the Strategic Partnerships team responsible for supporting all aspects of the Strategic Partnerships department. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Partnerships team with client meeting coordination, tradeshow registration and coordination and department meeting planning
• Assist in maintaining CRM system (Hubspot) and implementing SOP processes for sales management.
• Lead the pre and post-tradeshow coordination and communication
• Design communication templates, located within our CRM, to be used for tradeshow attendees including meeting requests, notification of speaking engagements, hosted event invitations and pre and post-show outreach
• Monitor response levels to email communication and change messaging to maximize response rate in order to drive call to action
• Ensure communication requests are handed off appropriately to sales team
• Design communication templates for prospective clients. The communication templates will focus on industry trends and changes with Amazon that highlight reCommerce offering benefits
• Assign any nurture responses for action to appropriate sales executive
• Design standard email communication templates to be used by Strategic Partnerships team based on deal stage and prospecting initiatives
• Create video content to be embedded in email communications to prospective brand contacts
• Manage onboarding of new members of the Strategic Partnerships team
• Perform other duties as assignedExperience
  • Minimum of three (3) years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; MBA is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, measuring results and using data to make decisions. You are proficient at interpreting data, trends, and opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, for audiences both familiar and unfamiliar with the Amazon marketplace / ecosystem
  • Extremely well organized and able to multitask. You will be required to drive multiple initiatives at one time, adapt to evolving priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have exceptional project management skills demonstrated by timely implementation and ongoing success (KPIs) of new partnerships in prior role(s)
  • Self-motivated and should be able to work at senior levels of management both internally and externally.
  • Experience using CRM and other communication tools
  • Strong computer skills; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
