DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & TAXWhy take a Director of Finance & Tax position with this company?Family owned business that has been around for 50+ yearsCareer path for this person to move into CFO role in the futureChallenging role with hands in all aspects of the multi-faceted business, work directly with the CEOTenured staff with very low turnoverFull benefits to include healthcare, 401k w/ 4% match, 15 PTO, Life Insurance, LTD/STDWhat the Director of Finance & Tax will do:Treasury and cash managementPrepares financial statements and review and analyzes variancesAssist with the companies' budget and forecastPreform financial analysisProvide all information for outside Tax preparer for returnsWhat the company needs in a Director of Finance & Tax:Minimum of 8+ years of total accounting/finance experienceExperience in Tax preparation and returnsBachelors in Accounting , CPA/Masters highly preferredReal Estate development or Property Management experience is a plus
